Fox News only outlet to provide fair and balanced reporting
To The Daily: The cartoon published Oct. 29 in The Decatur Daily depicts the elephant symbol of the Republican Party with Fox News as the tail of the elephant. I suppose that is appropriate as Fox News appears to be one of the few in the media that at least presents two sides to the story and yes, to the right politically. Thank goodness for Fox News, as they are out there alone, Lou Dobbs being the exception on CNN. My first question would be: Who is going to do a cartoon of the donkey for publication in The Decatur Daily? It should be clever like the elephant and have CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC and The Decatur Daily worked into the image. My second question would be: Who gets the coveted “tail” position of the donkey? Each are fair and balanced depending on your political views... Fox is slanted to the right and the others are to the left. Its that simple. Who cares, watch what ever pleasures you.
Mitchell, you make waaaay too much sense. That kind of thinking is too radical.
Here's a novel idea: just report the facts. That is what news is supposed to be. Leave out your own political beliefs and just tell us exactly what happened. No one ever thought of that one did they?
