Interesting method to win over your new customer base: sell their most intimate, personal medical data without their consent. Imagine if you have an ailment you have chosen not to disclose to the friends and family, but now your information has been given to some close relative who works at the pharmacy you were slammed into without permission. I thought that health privacy laws would prevent this type of medical information transfer without signed consent.
Worse than that, M, is the fact that some insurance plans cover Food Workd pharmacies but not CVS. Good luck folks. And, as for Food World as a grocery store, we like it and depend on it. Hopefully, the new company knows how to run a successful grocery store and is not in it to make a quick buck by another unannounced sale. I feel sorry for the folks that work there. I've had my workplace sold 4 times in as many years with all kinds of upheaval including reduced wages followed by a wage freeze. We just got sold again. The new owners take over in a couple of months, just in time for contract renewals. Merry Christmas!! NOT.
More business "progress" from Obama and his economy.....excuse me, I guess he would say Bush did it......
James..what does Obama and Bush have to do with Food World?? Please explain?
