Give poncho amnesty so he can be free to fight another day. But wait....let's spend money on his defense while we are spending money to prosecute him while we are spending money to feed and house him. He will eventually be set free with a $300.00 fine which he will never pay and we will never collect.

ditto Obamie will be here to defend his voter him self

Bail should not even be a discussion for violent criminals. Take back our country from the criminals! Do not re-elect ANY judge who gives bail to a violent criminal, do not re-elect any politician who has proposed or voted for a bill affording any privileges to a violent criminal or appointed or approved the appointment of any judge doing the same. Do not provide any support for any party which claims them. Criminals should be locked up and work 12 hours a day to pay for their keep and restitution for thier crimes. We the taxpayers did not do the crime, we did not create the victims, we should NOT be made to pay. That's not justice. The criminal should pay. THAT'S justice!!!

They should have Beans and bread for meals like they us to feed people in jail ,gravy and biscut for breakfast.

Still hoping the Daily follows through with this story and let us know the legal status of these creeps and what happens to them.

If they are illegal they should be shipped back ASAP, no quesions asked.

DD we want to know the legal status of these punks.
