Thirty percent of voters were expected to turn out at the Morgan County Courthouse precinct today to vote in the Decatur mayoral runoff between former mayor Don Kyle and Attorney Carl Cole.
The precinct has a little more than 600 voters and by 4:30 more than 200 had cast ballots. A poll inspector predicted this morning that the precinct would have about a 30 percent turnout.
