Moore jurors ask about DNA chart
Murder trial deliberation began Wednesday morning
Jurors in the Daniel Wade Moore re-trial for capital murder sent a question by the bailiff to Morgan County Circuit Judge Steve Haddock about a DNA chart.
Jurors began deliberating at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday.
The state says Moore killed Karen Tipton of Decatur, the wife of a psychiatrist and mother of two children nine years ago.
