Republican war on women continues. They don't want the government to regulate anything... except a woman's vagina!

They don't want birth control yet they don't want to pay for a child's health and well-being when a woman gives birth to an unwanted baby. They're hypocrites that use God as an excuse. I keep thinking one of these days the people of this state will wise up and realize what the republican party actually stands for, then I remember I live in Alabama.

I think the problem is the definition of "birth control".I've always thought insurance should cover pills or implants to PREVENT pregnancy.Abortion....not so much.Blacks have 73% of their children out of wedlock.Think about the savings if that was cut by 40%.How about this.....to get entitlements to aide children the mother agrees to an implant shot to prevent more unaffordable pregnancies.

I think anyone living off the goverment should be required to take birth control if they already have two children. I think it should be administered through the health department and a check up required to make sure they are taking the pill or getting the shot. Enough already!

what does the republican party actually stand for?

According to the US Census - the average number of children in a "welfare" family is 1.9. The idea that most recipients keep having children for more money is simply not true. Here's another "if/then" scenario - if you already have 2 children in public school,. then you should receive a vasectomy.
