I do not really think any one is in tune with Obama but Obama he is on a power trip and needs his wings clipped now by impeachment before he destroys America as we know it

wow. once more, tbone, turn off faux news and crack a book, preferably educational.

Seems Republicans constantly cave in which puts us at more risk of losing America and rights as we see it. I want the old Democratic party back that really had a true concern for people and wouldn't trick or lie to do it. There wasn't this partisan that exist now. More got done, some not so good, but worked together. Didn't have a dictator to pull their strings like puppets. Racist is getting rampant. Too easy to use this word to get what you want. Act like adults not children and quit using that card. Racism needs to die and lets all be equal. Isn't that what we fault for. I do not mean to give more to one because he makes less either. That divides us. Lets all get along, our leaders don't want us to do this, and help each other because it is our choice not leaders. That is the only way we will get ahead and both parties want us under their foot, yes walking over us; not intelligent human beings. They want to keep us dummies. Lets show them how strong and smart we really are, not gullibe idiots.

"House Speaker Mike Hubbard of Auburn proposed an amendment for the session that begins Feb. 5 to put the right to gun ownership in the Alabama Constitution. He said the amendment would give Alabama the “strongest gun protection” law in the country."

This right is already in the State Constitution. Article I, Section 26 Right to bear arms. That every citizen has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state.

What the new amendment would do would be to strengthen the language recognizing the right as "fundamental". Rights are not granted by legislatures or constitutions. They are birthrights. They are recognized in Constitutions to make sure the government knows where their boundaries are. If you believe that you only have those rights mentioned in the constitution, read the ninth and tenth amendments.
