What a shame. He sounds like he would be a good candidate for the job.

Didn't know he was running.

The Vino store is great! Hope his business goes well!!!

Why would he drop the sales tax on high dollar items? There's only a few times a year that us "regular folks" can afford those high dollar items! Why not drop the tax on groceries, gas you know things that EVERYONE uses everyday! I know that he is supporting his family with his 2 businesses but I'm a small business owner in Decatur and I'm having a hard time paying bills, both personal and business, why not give tax breaks to local business owners instead of these big stores that the mayor is trying to get to come into the city! This city was founded by small business owners and we're the ones that are carrying the load for this city? These candidates REALLY need to think about that because if something isn't done soon about small, locally owned businesses they'll be no more!

This is such a "cop-out". If Penn is running his business correctly, then he has nothing to fear from these agencies. Claims of additional threats, dirty politics, intimidation? Hogwash!

Billy Jackson got him out because he was going to get some of Gail's votes in northwest.

Agrre with William. BJ wants to be top dog.

Billy and Gail. What a pair and what a sad state of affairs we have in Decatur city politics.
