A.J. was a proactive old school lawyer. He, like so many of the last generation of lawyers, considered his profession a calling not a job. He was a superb lawyer who was always conserned with the feelings of all parties in the case while expertly representing his client. We were not what I would call personal friends but he would call unexpectedly to talk about family and common friends. He was always supportive and encouraging. There was not a rude or selfish bone in his body. He will be profoundly missed by his profession, his community, and his friends. I am fortunate to have known this Gentleman.God bless him and his family.
A. J. Coleman was an exemplary role model in every conceivable way.
