Duck behind the wall and call the damn police! Good grief!

How do you get robbed through the drive thru window? 3 times? Something is not right!!!!

If I am not mistaken, most banks use bullet-proof glass in their drive-thru windows. How is this guy able to get away with this? Sounds like bank management is failing the tellers by not training them better or these tellers are just panicking and not thinking. Behind bullet proof glass, just quickly duck and hit the button that calls the police or crawl to a safer place in which you can call them. Maybe there is something I am missing and this is not as simple as it seems it should be.

May be an over-abundance of caution in the training for the tellers. No amount of money is worth a life. And......no one knows what they will do with a gun in their face. Additionally, look at some of the incidents where a shoplifter resisted arrest and the company fired the employees when something went wrong. "It's a strange, strange world we live in.....Master Jack....."

Still.....Hard to believe a person could walk up to a drive thru teller and rob the bank! Maybe protective measures could be built into the teller bay.....say a tazer or a CO2 shower...or a gun turret.

where's the picture from the security camera? make it public and let's catch this guy!

Thieves are figuring out how easy it is to rob a bank at a drive thru window.

A dye pack of money would spoil his day. The banks should have one bagged and ready for his next attempt. I bet he would be easy to find with red dye all over him.

This is the funniest thing I've read in a long time! How can you rob a drive-through 3 times? Did he even have a weapon? If not, can you even consider this robbery? I believe I'd be firing my drive through teller! Give me a break, I've seen little old ladies grab broom sticks and chase armed robbers out of convenience stores can these folks not think to duck behind the counter? Do they not have bullet proof glass?

I did not know that Drive Thru Backing service is available at 8 PM. All Banks that I do buisness close the doors and drive thru at 5 PM.

Dont open the teller bay and nobody gets money. Wy give sombody money that walk to the drive thru window. Walk away inside the bank and you be save.

This is how you rob a drive -thru three times, no training on the bank's part...and no tellers ducking or just falling to the floor and getting out of sight. COMMON SENSE saves lives!

Not sure we have the whole story. No to jump to conclusions but the phrase "inside job" keeps running through my head.

@ Harald

Your doing business with the wrong bank Bank Independent is what I think is the Exception of what should be. They also have those hours on Saturdays as well, And very friendly service as well. I can go into a branch and they address me as ( Mr. Sir Name) They also go above that by thanking you for your business each and everytime, It's not like going through a drive thru at a fast food place and the attendents treat you as if they are doing you a favor. Check them out look at what they offer. And tell them I recommended them.

For all the other commentors:

As for the teller not ducking or what not! Please understand the teller is at a disadvantage that the robber now knows what s/he looks like and could get revenge at a later date perhaps a few months later in a mall parking lot and the teller would likely never know why. How do you defend against that? By Complying.

And if the teller is reading this I hope you can get past this and move on with life.

@ Herman, Robert, Tony Differnt banks Different tellers.

This is the most generic description of a person I have ever heard. Can we narrow it down say to black, white Hispanic or would that be too politically incorrect, profiling?

That description fits about 2 million males around these parts.
