Mr. Sean Patrick Conway has requested that Joy Caroline Bateman become his bride. Steve and Lori Bateman...AND JOY...all said YES! We are so excited to announce their engagement!

Joy is currently employed at First Bible Church of Decatur as the children's ministry assistant. Joy is the granddaughter of Joyce Bateman of Decatur, Ken Bateman of Advance, NC and the late Herm and Lovi Freytag.

Sean is currently employed as a civil engineer at Bentley Systems in Huntsville. He is the son of Carolyn Conway of Decatur, Reid Conway of Lawrenceville, GA, and the grandson of Delores Jordahl and the late Melvin Elhard, Elizabeth and John Conway.
