Bronner does underperform in managing the assets of the RSA. His earnings have been less for over a decade compared to similar funds around the nation. However, Mabry's lack of common sense could be more dangerous than Bronner's below benchmark performance. If the RSA isn't properly funded teachers will be in a lot more hurt later than they are now.
