Sad that this happened. We need to figure a way to identify deranged people before they do something like this. It's odd that a similar sad event happened in China this week also, with 20 children stabbed by a deranged person. According to CCTV an event like this has happened several times in the last few months in China, where no guns are allowed. No guns were used. Interesting that they are having a larger problem with knives. Which leads me back to the first statement. It doesn't matter what the tool used, a derranged person will find a way.They aren't stupid, they are crazy. What motivates them to take the lives of those so young?
