Fob James said, If the Trust fund was tapped into, that the politicians on goat hill wouldn't rest until it was all spent,First Don Juan Siegelman's rainy day fund that the funds taken out would be repaid ,but they owe the fund $147 million now with no intention or means to repay ,so take all the money out of the trust fund and blow it and the goat hill bunch will be happy !

The lawyers and corrupt courts brought this on us. Tax-paid or otherwise free lawyers and judges with more concern for criminals than victims have made prison and running a prison system prohibitively expensive. We have murders and child rapists running around on parole while their tax-paid lawyers work diligently and expensively to make get them off parole and totally free while suing the system for more privileges and the court system seems to agree! I guess it's because they all depend on a total crime-wave to get rich!

What's the solution? Make the prisoners work for thier keep. Really work, like slaves, dawn to dusk for money to pay their keep and to help their victims. They deserve it. We, the victims of their crimes do not deserve to be further robbed to aircondition their cells and pay for their cable-tv. We do not deserve to have to work through the devastation they have caused in our lives while they lay around waiting for their release and conferring with their lawyer about their next frivelous lawsuit. If the ACLU has anything to say about it, charge them as accessories after the fact as should any judge that warps the law to benefit a criminal or any politician that proposes a bill to empower criminals instead of victims.

Do not re-elect ANY judge who has let ANY prisoner free or ruled for ANY prisoner lawsuit. Do not re-elect any politician who has voted to appoint any such judge or proposed or voted for any such bill. Do not support any party who has offered any such candidate for election. It's time to take back our nation!!

Prison must not be all that bad if they are mostly repeat offenders. Put their a$$es to work from daylight to dark and feed them enough to sustain them. No way to know whats going on in the real world and I'll guarantee you they will not want to go back. If they do go back make it worse.
