At the end of the day Charlie "the Tuna" Kirby is just as much for big government subsidies and socializing the risk while privatizing profits as the most liberal demonrat. You are a disgrace Tuna.

huh?

Why is Decatur paying for the Utilities when under geographic rule, Athens Utilities will be the ones providing the power because it's in their district? (and making the profits off it).

Decatur will take care of the water and waste water. Athens the electricity.

Decatur's Bailout Plan! Zero private incentives up front. Financial difficulties , the clients move on, Decatur assumes the liabilities. What happened to the old concept of businesses being responsible for capital for start ups?

And who doubed that Billy "NO NO NO" Jackson would be against this?

With Nat, you are a city retiree, you are forgotten...never enough money, not this year..not in the budget.. TYPICAL City of Decatur

Hey, can't you see we're too broke to buy lawn mower gas?
