What hospital said he was no longer in the system? You have named 2 hospitals but did not say which one said he was no longer in the system. He is still in the hospital in Huntsville after having surgery on his leg yesterday. Seems like you would learn to word things correctly since you are a professional writer.

It was dark that time of morning. I know bicycles has the right to be on the road but you are asking for trouble when you are riding at dark.

Right you are Gena.

I know it's asking a lot, but sometimes people are expected to take a little personal responsibility when it comes to their safety. I'm wondering if the cyclists have liability insurance to cover the damage they caused to two vehicles.

3 vehicles passed them before the other guy hit them. The other 3 cars were paying attention and went around them. According to the police report the family got the driver of the SUV was at fault. I believe there insurance will be paying a settlement to the cyclist. SO RUN YOUR DANG MOUTH AGAIN.

Actually it is not dark at 5:52 in the morning.
