BOND!!!!!!!! what being an AMERICAN citizen has a right to have....
They should have taken his car as well as his license. Looks like the law about taking vehicles fell by the wayside. Towing companies didn't have room, was too costly. etc, so it dissappeared .
Taking their car sounds like a good solution, but 9 times out of 10 it belongs to their baby momma.
