Told we needed it in 2006. It is 2013 and we are just now looking into it. There is a problem people.

Somebody Will Have A Job,,, CLEANING UP ALL THAT POOP,,, Or STEPPING In It,,, Having It All On Your Shoes,,,Bringing It In Your House On Your Shoes

Great idea. Should be fairly cheap to do. William, 7 years is nothing when it comes to Decatur. 40 years and we're still waiting on that convention center at Point Mallard Park.

Linda, good owners will clean up after their own pets and disposal cans will be provided......Or.....maybe you need a job?

Sounds like Linda wants to apply for the job of pooper scooper.

TEAM LINDA THE POOPER SCOOPER....i would hire you for that Linda.....

Steve,, Good Luck On That,Owners Will Not Do That,,,They Will Just Leave It For Someone Else To Do It,,,,Steve ,,I Don]t Like amimals,,,,People Have Them In Their House,,Makes Their House STINK,,,HAIRS All Over Everything,, Even In The Food That They Cook,, Its Just NASTY,,,Outside Dogs Digs Holes In Your Yard

How is that going to help fill the potholes in the roads?

Because LINDA N doesn't like animals, she believes that all domesticated animals stink and dig holes in the yard and that all owners are irresponsible and filthy. Hmmmm

S,,Not All Animals Owners Are That Way,,, But A LOT ARE THAT WAY
