She should have waited, like a lot of teachers do, get tenure first, then quit doing your job!!!
It's a business decision. Something attorney joe and shinn get that Jett don't. I hate when people get "treatedmore"
R, if you think most teachers quit doing their job after tenure, then how about you get your teaching degree and see if you can make it better. To make such a broad stroking comment about tenured teachers is ignorant. Just like any profession, there are bad apples and slackers, but no more than any other profession.
This sounded more like a race thing than a non renewal thing.
The only reason this sounds like a "race thing" is because the defendant pulled out the "race card". Sounds like to me she wasn't doing her job.
