If he bought it for 22k and spent 100k, it should not need much repairs, should it? And he's still going to make a profit of 53k. It sounds funny he came down a whopping 5k to make it more desirable. WOW! the 'more needed, more important' things around our city that money could go toward. AMAZING! why didnt they put the new building at the marina in the old rr place instead of building BRAND NEW?
