Lyin Gary looks really bad. Wish he would wear shoes and cover up those nasty feet. He is so useless. And dishonest.

You want to buy the property, then find out what it will cost to renovate it? Isn't that sort of cart before the horse? If he bought it for 22k and spent 100k, it should not need much repairs, should it? And he's still going to make a profit of 53k. It sounds funny he came down a whopping 5k to make it more desirable. This is funny.

Is he wearing flip flops? Are you kidding me?

He has a cane, so maybe some foot surgery or something.

Either fish or cut bait yall, either buy and restore or shut up. Decatur's finest know how to drag things out; there is a lot of grant money on the table.

WOW! the 'more needed, more important' things around our city that money could go toward. AMAZING! why didnt they put the new building at the marina in the old rr place instead of building BRAND NEW?
