Valley Court is owned by Decatur City Councilman Roger Anders. Anders said Goodwin’s activity plagued his tenants for years.

He asked for regular patrols through the area and it was denied. Yeah right! It appears that the problem was reported and the drug people go thrown in jail.

You know why he claims a Tennessee address? Lower taxes. This is what happens when you keep raising taxes, people find a way to avoid them.

Why doesn't anders just evict the drug lord?? Slum lords love drug lords I guess.

Who do you think you're kidding William?Because of liberals taking away individual rights over the years landlords actually have little control who they can rent to and who they can kick out of their own property.Get real.

pay attention!!!! the drug lord did not live in the trailer court !

Bet Anders is getting a cut.

Wonder how many illegals Anders has living in this run down trailer court???????? Hell, Anders should be fined!!

You're right. This is the classy trailer park.

Well, the police might have arrested them, but they didn't even spend a night in jail. Their bail was set ridiculously low and the were released within a couple of hours. You can thank a lenient judge for that. What a joke!!

From what I understand, bail amounts are dictated by law. In many cases, the judge has little latitude.
