Note their customers, William: oil, natural gas, and power - Blame the liberals for killing those industries. Local democrats are not to blame. Few of them are real liberals, they are stuck in a party that has been taken over nationally by liberal kooks and have to play along to have any power at all.
Some of the cylinders they made were for oil drilling ships going to the ocean in India. They had a major slow down two years ago that had all the workers worried.
