Scum!

Where are her parents?? You would not have to arrest 19 year old man for having sex with my child if she was 11. Does that mean she was 10 when this happened????? This is disgusting!!!1

I have 2 daughters I remember when they were 11, This POS needs to stop breathing......as well as breeding.

I guess it wasn't a "legitimate rape" or her body would have "shut that whole thing down".

Justice will prevail

Justice will prevail

Justice will prevail

JUSTICE WOULD BE LETHAL INJECTION AND NOT TWENTY YEARS FROM NOW AFTER ALL THE APPEALS.

The downfall of the family unit over the last 50+yrs and having a one parent (usually a mother) raising children has lead to a lot of crime. Without a man there to be a father (a real honorable father) a mother is a loss when children become adolescents, especially boys. There are even more things to keep their minds off of good with distractions from our "sex in your face" tv, internet, etc. It is harder than ever to keep our children safe...in todays world. It is too bad God and morality are not important to a great deal of our society. Sad.

Just a dang min. what do you mean by "ALLEGED VICTIM"

Oh my goodness!!!!! I just read another article a minute ago about a nine year old getting raped by another man....... When is our judicial system going to step up and give harsher sentences to these sickos. . Death penalty for kidnappers, abusers and rapist... along with the murderers... after they are put in regular population for little while...

What really angers me aside from what he did..... is that they will protect him by NOT putting him in regular population. Who was protecting his VICTIM.... nine year old innocent girl who couldn't have possibly defended herself against him.

Some of you people go about your daily lives under the false pretense that General population prisioners are honorable people and they will earn credit for applying some kind of prison justice from the people who put them in there for there crimes! It's not true it's a myth they can care less who or what crimes the new guy's committed. They are no differant, They are the same. There's no sex offenders ward and a armed robbery ward and a murders ward as well as the drug crime wing!

So don't take solice in thinking justice will be served by the other inmates, It's our job to do that and ours alone.
