Maybe she was parked in front of the probation office. I'm more concerned with their clients than the paying customers at a business. You are assuming anyone at the tattoo parlor is cause for concern. I KNOW the ones at the probation office are criminals. But we all know what happens when you assume....

Last time I checked the probation office was not a "business". And I'm not assuming a darn thing, I have had work done at the tattoo shop but also know how disgusted the hierarchy of Hartselle is over the parlor.
