The Government Accounting Office's numbers reveal that the Affordable Care Act as written cannot bend the cost curve of health care in coming years, further weakening the middle class, which makes up the majority of the insured. Higher prices for energy and food, combined with falling home values and the erosion of the U.S. dollar due to catastrophic borrowing, are destroying this vaunted group and shrinking government revenue. As the U.S. Government continues to shift emphasis away from strengthening the economy, and, instead, focuses on easing the condition of the poor, this trend cannot but accelerate, casting more and more of the middle class into poverty. Liberal "fairness" is about making everyone suffer, spreading the pain of the poor evenly - and the underclass continues to expand. One wonders what will happen when those who cannot make good economic decisions at the fundamental level of the individual home become the voting majority. In the whole of human endeavor, no nation governed by its poor has ever succeeded. Obviously.

Excellent comment.....but I don't think we have to wonder what will happen.....we are about to see it unfold.

Ya,ll praise your buddy Obamie for all his wonderful things he has done now

Just wait until Obamacare Comes into place......We are in for some REAL increases.......

Why should the 47% care who pays for the free stuff. Just give me the $500/mo on my EBT card, my obama-phone, my free contraception, and free healthcare. No need to work much less worry about where my kids will work. "It's hard to free fools from the chains they revere." - Voltaire
