If he's mentally competent whey was he, why was he conivcted in the first plae. Now ajudge is going to try to find that our. He hasn't served his 30 years on death row yet as in most cases in Alabama. We have to feed him, house him, cloth him, give him free Viagra, dental wok, eye glassees, and keep him n good health until rexcution date somewhere in 2040. Do it now andmake room for another one so we dont' have court cases about the quality of food served to inmaters or overcreowding conditions. Like the law suit about an inmateffiling a lawsuit about his ice cream being served soft.. I could not beleive this case actually went into court.
