Huntsville Hospital: Bigger is better care
By Jennifer Edwards
Looking at a map of north Alabama, it is hard to find a county untouched by Huntsville Hospital. The large, not-for-profit health care provider owns or manages the majority of the hospitals in the … More »

The probelem is people use the ER's as a clinic!!! If folks would get off their lazy ass** and get a job they could have insurance and help pay their bills!!! If you don't have insurance stay away or go to the free clinic!! I'm tired of supporting your lazy freeloading ass**!!! My thinking is you should be allowed 1 child on welfare, after that they starve !!! Don't depend on welfare for a check and for someone else to pay all your medical bills!!! The first people to fuss is the ones that have no insurance!!! Get a life and a JOB!!!

Wow Ronald I hope you did not type that right before you went to sit on that front pew of your church this morning.

sounds like Ronald is mad!! lol @ Jimmy!

I didn't have insurance for 11 years because I'm a healthy person with a Pre-Existing Condition. I got up off my lazy ass every single day and went to work for companies who weren't willing to offer their employees insurance. I couldn't go to the free clinic because I had a job and made just a little over the cut off amount of what you can make to be seen at the free clinic. I've never been on welfare, food stamps or any government assistance and sometimes paying for healthcare gets a little expensive, espcially when it's anything more than the $300.00 a month I paid for one medicine. Not every job you get will offer you insurance and even if you have a job and no insurance that doesn't mean you can afford your bills. That doesn't make EVERYONE a freeloader and that doesn't mean that you have supported anyone. So Ronald, what you're telling me if someone is in a medical crisis and HAS to go to the ER because that's the only place available to them, they should just stay away and die since they don't have any insurance? People like you make this money I pay to be a subscriber to this site a month worth it, so I can always remember how ignorant some people are.
