MITCHELL KNEW THIS WAS HIS ONLY REAL COMPETITION FOR SHERIFF SO HE HAD HIM ELIMINATED.

Guy, FYI, when you use NCIC there is a paper and electronics trail that leads back to the person requesting the information, you either use it or you don't. Kinda' hard to be "set up" with this type of system.

Thor, you dont have a clue what this is really about. Mitchell moved him out.........cops use this system all the time for extracurricular activities.

I understand the "legal" aspect Thor, you cant tell me anything I dont already know about this situation. TRUST ME BUDDY!

Who said he was "set up"? D.A.

I would bet that there's not many people in law enforcement who have not broken these laws, and I am talking in law enforcement in general.......not just in this county or state. Its just one of many laws that law enforcement officials think they are above....

so just because they all do it, when one is caught, just let them get away with it? no wonder people don't respect law enforcement like they used to -- so many of them have the twisted idea that laws are for everybody except them. I am glad we have a district attorney now that won't just let stuff like this lay under a rug Lawless mess by public employees is why people in lawrence county are so disgusted.Nobody even cares anymore because you can't do anything about it.

Who said anything about letting "THEM" get away with it.......

Guy, I used it..so I know too hot shot, there is a trail and it comes bck to the one using it.
