Mose Jones equals head in the sand. My goodness!

It does not need to be a WISH LIST. It needs to be SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS regarding what is expected of her as it relates to her duties and responsibilities with a specific time frame for corrections to be made along with strict monitoring to see that these instructions are being implemented. A wish list seems to indicate you are allowing the tail to wag the dog.

Thank you Hazel; excellent comment! I would hate to know I had to please the Law Co Commissioners!!

The simple fact that she refuses to do the minutes or provide financial information to HER BOSSES. Should be enough to fire her. Those are primary functions of her job. She has been the Administrator for 4 years, it is not that she has not been given a chance. And Hazel she has been given specific instructions as for as minutes, did that do ANY good?

she acts as if she is in charge "the head huncho" and everyone answers to her, give me a break she needs to be fired and put in her place she is nothing but a secretary and not a very good one at that, she always has an excuse for something, out the door with her, when is Lawrence Co gonna learn............
