People make mistakes and when death and injury are the result they should certainly be held accountable. Mr. Holt's children will never see him again nor will they have the benefits that come from having a father. Drunk? Texting?Simply not paying attention? Mr. Hall is guilt of depriving Mr. Holt's family of his presence, FOREVER.
