thug gets away with it cause he has some money now. Too bad his play sucks and he'll be cut by next year lol....

Roll Tide

black on black crime is so senseless. Too bad it is so prevalent.

Lets see how much Tapscott files this year with the IRS, that should tell you the payoff. If a firearm was discharged in the city limits, does that not mean the public was in danger, that slug has to land somewhere so why did the police not file charges?

Somebody is gonna have a big christmas bonus wink wink must be nice to buy your way out of trouble

I still hope NFL Comish cracks his whip at the guy.

Did you honestly not expect this to happen. McClain will be back and back in the hood , just give him a little time.

Money talks..and makes people hush.

so who pays the court costs involved? the taxpayer?

The city of Decatur needs to file a restraining order against this guy, every time he is in town there is trouble............just saying

I wonder if the Sheriff revoked his pistol permit? he had just gotten it the morning of the shooting.

Steve, so white on black, black on white, and white on white crime makes sense? I don't understand the point of your comment.

Always was and always will be a p.o.s.

I personally think that when you file charges that you should not be allowed to drop them..its a waste of time and money..the only way a person should be able to admit they lied about them..Yeah , must be nice to get that Christmas bonus..and i think i read that his gun permit was revoked and it should STAY that way but they will give it back cause the charges were dropped...thinks cause he has money he can do whatever he wants..

Someone will get shot next weekend over this.

A result of Thuganomics.
