well cry baby morgan county got their way
Ann it's Morgan county's money that was going to the others sorta like entitlements!!!
This move reinforces the fact that Morgan County will be and, based on population, should be the major player is at NARCOG. In my opinion, Ray Long did a good job of standing up for Morgan County and leveraged this situation to his advantage. Going forward, the Cullman County boys will have to play nice with others in the sandbox and stop trying to bully their way through issues.
Great Job Ray!
....great job Mr. ray..........
