seems like he knows best place for him is jail. Model inmate but can't control himself in free world.

Look up white trash in the dictionary and his picture is there.

I hope Daniel gets another chance at life and makes it count.Four packs of cancer sticks and a DUI doesn't warrant a life time in prison, but if he walks away from these charges with time served and then does another stupid thing ,I doubt he could ever redeem his life. Wake -up man and stop doing this to your mother.

You would think that deputy would KNOW BETTER than to let the prisoner walk BEHIND him (in the video) and then when he went to unlock the door he turned his gun to the prisoner with the prisoner handcuffed in front. i seen it was a belly chain but he could still have crowded the deputy and got the gun out of his holster. Come on deputy, tighten up before you get hurt.

well Morgan County doesn't have the brightest deputies. (same goes for the city police officers)

He needs to hire Lindsay Lohan's attorney. She has gotten away with all the things that he is facing 2-20 years for. That is so not right.

The man is stupid plain and simple. He is a habitual offender and needs to be in jail.

Everyome makes mistakes; but holy cow the same one's over and over.

His mom must be terribly upset.

He had a lot of money once he was let put of jail, but I guess he blew it all on alcohol and drugs instead of getting some quality training and a good job and staying clean.

What a dumb ass!

Instead of bashing him, why don't we try to get him some help! I'm not saying he is innocent, I saw the video just like all of you and yes, he needs to pay for the crime. I just think he needs some kind of rehab/help, etc. I'm wondering why Haddock denied the request for help.

He has broke his parents , destroyed countless lives , don,t you think its time he grew up and took his punishment ? You can help some people , some you can,t - - I tried this with a drug addict time and time again to get slapped in the face over and over -- to finally give up - - some people don,t want to change

I think he should take his punishment....but why not help him while he is in there? I, too, know about addicts and most of them DON'T GET IT the first time or the second or even the third. BUT THEY DO GET IT, even if they want it or not. So you want to just give up on people? I think people want to change, sometimes, they don't know how and also, they might not have the support and encouragement they need to change.
