$2500 bail for a guy who at 33 was convicted of sexually abusing a 5 year old and twice in the same month lived with minors? Is $1250 the price of innocence these days?

Sex offenders need a GPS chip embedded in them before they are released back into the public. That way the law knows where they are and can see if they are living with or around kids!!!

I agree with Roger on this !

i also agree with roger and debra.........someone somewhere is going to have to wake up and say it's time to take care of our kids........we can't keep letting this happen anymore....................

Punishment: Cut off his pee pee.

Absolutely agree, the kid with 2 lbs of pot got a 410,00 dollar bail. It's obvioulsy intent to distribute. But doesn't living with minors and having a history of molestation hint to an intent to molest?

Too bad my idea of an appropriate punishment would "violate his rights". What about the rights of the children?

AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TO ALL THE ABOVE! I DONT EVEN HAVE WORDS TO EXPLAIN WHAT I THINK. WAKE THE F*** UP LEGAL SYSTEM. $2500 & NOT ONE ADDRESS BUT TWO?????? WWWWWTTTTTTTTFFFFFF??????????

HELL SAVE THE SYSTEM THE TIME & THE CITIZENS MONEY & LET THE PUBLIC WHOM PAY FOR THIS ,,,,,?????? DOUCHE BAG DETERMINE HIS SENTENCE, FATE, PUNISHMENT. I PROMISEPROMISEPROMISE YOU, THE JAILS WOULD NOT BE OVER CROWDED, OUR TAX DOLLARS COULD GO TO MORE WORTHY NEEDED THINGS, & STUFF LIKE THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN. PLEASE JUST GIVE IT A CHANCE & IT WILL WORK.
