WOW fast work City of Decatur it only took you a month after the baby was born and sent home with the mother to finally arrest her. But then again I guess I should be surprised that they arrested her at all, I personally know someone that tested positive for meth when her baby was born and it took over a week after the baby was born for her to be taken out of the house but the mother was never charged. She did straighten out her life and get her kids back but her "husband" which was a meth user too never tested negative for all the drugs that he was on illegally and DHR didn't care they released the couple after 1 year and they lived high happly ever after.
