State Farm recently donated $2,500 to the The John Mark Stallings Special Need Accessible Playground of Morgan County. Presenting the check to SNAP Project Manager, Bob Francis are , from left, retired State Farm agent Charles Howse and his successor Michael Holifield. Howse is a charter member of the SNAP volunteer organization, and Holifield sponsored the grant application.
