Anyh wonder why there ae so many DUI's in Decatur now?

The only positive accomplishment Stanford did for Decatur (other than losing the recent Mayoral election) was to recommend the City hire Wally Terry.

@ ORVILLE - I'm no expert, but I'd say it's due to the number of people who are driving under the influence. You apparently have evidence that the number of DUI's in Decatur is greater than it has been in the past. I didn't realize that these type studies showed where the people actually purchased their "influencing agents" though.

I have several friends in the decatur Police Dept and we talk frequently.
