More expense and wasted tax-payer money! the idea of "monitored community release" is nothing but liberal psycho-babble. It doesn't make sense like keeping your pet rattlesnake in your baby's crib doesn't make sense. If you want to release them, which is stupid, release them to an island thousands of miles in the middle of the ocean and let the liberals take care of them at their OWN expense.
