Yes they block the streets and throw stuff at your vehicle and stand in the road like they own it and threaten you and dare you to drive thru, they are (streets) not basketball courts or play grounds driveways make an excellent place to play not the street where people have to drive thru to get where they are going, and not your neighbors yard it belongs to your neighbor it is not a public piece of land they pay for it not you or your parents or the city. like in the projects , you have a back yard use it or a driveway , public streets are intended for transportation use right of way not play grounds and gathering places for wayward teens and usually large groups of trouble making thugs in our neighborhood . there are lots of parks and play grounds you have already destroyed and trashed up and made unsafe for walkers and normal people who want to enjoy them . Go use them and act like somebody , get out of the road and quit annoying everybody that passes its getting real old

tbone, let the children have fun. Take an alternate route. Everything will be okay.

Its not the children having fun thats the problem , you get a whole group of them 15 or 20 standing in the road cursing you and throwing stuff at your vehicle and blocking the road , thats not playing like these 2 children , they are not a problem its all the older ones who think they own the street and the whole neighborhood thats the problem ones -- street thugs that the city has piled all over our neighborhood -they respect no one
