What about deaths by other weapons in those states as well as overall crime. Also, how many deaths were a result of someone shooting the bad guy?

Look at the population in SD.

I do not believe these statistics.

Its my right to protect myself from intruders while I'm killing my family!

Suicides should not be counted. These people were going to kill themselves by some method even if they did not have access to a gun. Guns are not the problem it is the person behind the gun. Elvis died on a toilet, does that make toilets deadly? Without guns we have little defense against the bad guy, whom ever that might be. Government is trying very hard to totally dismiss our constitution.

Nothing like a small town newspaper puppy wanting to play with the dirty big dog liberals. Got to give DD credit though... They see where this country is heading and want to be on the bandwagon.
