They should extend the full power of the court on his sorry worthless butt , anybody that will shoot somebody at random is a menace to society. Its not safe to be on the road with Idiots like him on the loose. I for one have enough problems with Idiots in their cars not watching for people on motorcycles much less shooting at them , motorcyclists have rights too, if the court lets him off the biker and his family need to sue him and his family that raised an Idiot like that for every penny they have, for pain and suffering and lost wages and mental anguish from his stupid act of Ignorance. Their is not excuse for it none , just like the Idiots vandalizing cemetary property and headstones , there is no excuse for that either. I suppose the Idiot better be glad the poor man on the bike was not armed or he might not be here to stand trial, what he deserves anyway , let him see how it feels
