Jay, they have no one to tell them NO!! The BOT can do what ever they want to.
"will someone in the legislature please step up!" People need to smart-n-up and stop buying into the idea they need to pay that kinda money for an education. There are so many options.
Very soon, this bubble will bust. Kids will not be able to go to college with out getting into such debt ( may already be there for most), so they will stop going to Alabama, Auburn, and the others. Those Brick and Morter shrines they are building are going to be empty.
