Rolando, you have got to leave those thug friends behind. You have too bright a future to allow your old life to bring you down. Surround yourself with people who are looking out for you, not trying to see what they can get from you. We are all pulling for you.

Evertime this guy shows up in town there is a shooting or something.

Might be time for an inquiry fro om the ATF & drug task force.

The man needs to change his friends.

Who cares, it sounds like another day in Decatur but since he is a football player it gets print? Something is wrong with our society.

yes it is full of thugs and wanna be thugs - - - a rose is a rose and a thug is a thug

There needs to be some deep investigations. Where there is smoke, there is usually fire. Every time he's around it's something.

If not for an NFL star this trash of an article would have never made print. Similar goes on daily in Decatur that goes unreported.

it all needs to be reported then you can see what everyone in decatur except the thugs are complaining about , they have taken over our peaceful little town and made a mess out of it , thugs every where you go , stealing and robbing and vandalizing everything in sight , yes it needs to be reported every incident , more than what we get now - - then it needs to eradicated One thug at a time till we have a nice safe decent town again - - need a task force or special unit to address this problem before it gets much worse , not even safe to go shop for groceries anymore - - to many wanna be thugs

Now McClain has to deal with a Judge and Roger Goodell.

Once a Thug .... Always a Thug !!!! Throw the book at him

You guys are seriously upset that the Daily printed an article about an NFL player and former Bama star being arrested for a very serious gun crime?

He hangs out with thugs, and thuggy things happen when he is around. One can only deduce that he himself is a thug. A thug that has a lot of money and football talent, but a thug nonetheless.

In the famous words of Fred Sanford, "YOU BIG DUMMY"!!!

The picture says it all...he has NO respect for the law and thinks he is above it.

before making comments, you should all wait until the entire story is released and what really happened and why!

why do you people keep saying "he needs to get new friends." HE'S THE PROBLEM. He played most of his senior season at Decatur with an ankle bracelet after he and his buddies beat up a kid. He had at least three incidents at Alabama. Two of which went away quietly. His car with no one in the driver's seat was found in Athens and everyone in it got popped for dope. Last time he was home someone took a shot at his car (wonder what provoked that) and now this.

Diversity, tolerance, lack of responsibility, no work ethic, welfare of every description, has created two Americas.

"Those who work and earn what they have, and those who want to take from the, have."

I knew it wouldn't be long before another incident with this guy. I truly hope he can get his act together before it's too late!!

Too many different stories from the "victim."

Saban really tought him well! Thug for life Rolando!

Yeah BOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

wheres the 3 strikes and your out law!! What a LOSER!!!....football player or not. This is a good time to make an example of him. The picture of him smiling like he is saying "aint no thing" goes to show he thinks he is above the law and nothing can happen to him. I agree with the above...everytime he's in town trouble occurs...coincidence? NOT!!!

Is he on drugs??? Nobody smiles like that when they are arrested, apparently he thinks this is no big deal! He prob has some high priced lawyer on retainer just to take care of things like this. He will get off!

He is NOTHING BUT A BIG THUGGGGGGG, ALWAYS HAS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE!!!!!!! Both of them!!!!!!!! No respect look at that STUPID LOOK on his face with the cuffs on him!!! REAL STUPID THUG-MASTER. And whoever supports him is a THUG to!!!!!!

This is what happens when society values sports ability and talent more than intelligence and ethical/moral standards.

Violence seems to follow this guy, so it is not only easy to conclude that he is the problem, but it is logical. If this gets swept under the rug and he is let off with a slap on the wrist, it won't take long before he does something (kill someone) to put him where he will not be able to do it again. The shame is, that is probably what it will take before the justice system works.

What a banner for Decatur.

Hmmmmmm Seems that oj even got away with murder just sayin
