Political action group Hartselle Citizens for Economic Development plans to hold rallies from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. each Saturday throughout October in Hartselle. The group proposes the legal sale of alcohol in Hartselle for the financial benefit of the city. The group will be located at tents in places around the city such as the BP gas station at Interstate 65, and the Exxon gas station at U.S. 31 and Ala. 36. Yard signs, bumper stickers, handouts, and information will be available, group president Bob Francis said.
