Testa you was not raised that way at all .. You knew better than that ... now what at the kids going to do .. with out their mom .. you just lost your brother and now you do stuff to get into trouble you shouldn't have done to start with .. You need help bad and I know you do and alot of others that do as well ... Maybe one of these days you will wake up and be the person you should be and be a great mom as well if it's not to late ....
How could they consider this Medicaid fraud? The child needed it and the doctor ordered it! It's not fraud because this lady sold it. Maybe they should consider it child abuse or neglect because after she sold it, she deprived her child of his medication. That sounds more like it! What some people won't do!
Fraud is Fraud no matter how it is done it is wrong in any kind of way .. What she done was wrong ..... You do wrong then you have to pay for what you do no matter what..
It wasn't medicare fraud, it was MEDICAID fraud, and who pays for the MEDICAID??? Taxpayers!!
